ABOUT US

Programss

From introducing the basics of music, to putting a comprehensive program covering musicology, theory and performances, our programs are tailor made to suit our students. We build our programs for all ability levels to give you an enjoyable learning experience.

Philosophy

We believe that music should be accessible for everyone, and learning musical instruments is an important part of enjoying music. We strive to cater to every student ability level, interest and playing styles.

Lessons

Our flexible lesson structure means that we can teach the lesson in the comfort of your home, or from our facility. The lessons can be for half an hour or an hour. We will provide feedback and a program to work on with every lesson, tailored to your personal needs and to achieve your musical goals.

About the Tutor

I have been passionate about music since my early years after initially studying piano and guitar before settling with saxophone in 2008. Over the past ten years, I have pursued this passion for music in multiple ways, including composition for a drama production of Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing, performance in a diverse range of ensembles and environment including Trinity Christian School's production of the Seussical Musical.

In 2017 I decided to further develop my musical abilities by studying Advanced Jazz at the Australian National University School of Music. I received High Distinctions in both semesters at the ANU as well as the BSSS (Board of Senior Secondary Studies) award for Outstanding Achievement in Performing/Visual Arts for Music.

I also was awarded excellence with honours for music at from year 10 to year 12 at Trinity Christian School.

This year I hope to expand into a teaching role to help share my passion for music with others. I have been working with children to the past 4 years in a wide range of programs from leading primary age after school programs to instructing small groups of children in school ensemble to assist them in the areas that needed attention.
